FAQs
Do I get to take the terrarium home afterwards?
Yes, the terrarium will be ready to go home with you after the workshop! We will have a bag to place it in for the way home.
Is everything included?
Yes the price covers everything to make the terrarium including some accessories!
We do have some brass accessories available for purchase which is purely optional.
Can I bring alcohol?
Short answer: no.
There is a non-alcoholic welcome-drink included with the workshop and everyone is welcome to bring their own drinks. Alcohol however is not allowed as we are not permitted to serve alcohol on the premises.
If its in a plant shop, can I shop for plants?
We are indeed located in the middle of a plant-shop and you're welcome to have a little browse. The workshop is 2 hours and people need the time, but if you finish early and something caught your eye, you can indeed buy something!

Strongly recommend this workshop. It was what a really lovely evening. Really informative and great value for money. Jasmine and San were extremely welcoming and helpful.

I had a great time at this class. Sanne was really clear and covered so much information during the session in an engaging way. The class was also super welcoming for someone coming on their own. And I left with the most beautiful terrarium - looking forward to going back to the shop to get supplies to make more!

Lovely evening creating a Terrarium as a birthday gift for my daughter. Sanne was very welcoming friendly & knowledgeable. The shop is a fabulous environment stocked full of interesting plants. We were taken through the process step by step, with a good range of plants & accessories to choose from. Very informative & enjoyable workshop that I’d highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this workshop enough. Sanne is so lovely and welcoming and an excellent teacher. You get a lot of time and support for your money and I’m super happy with my terrarium. I feel confident to make more in the future now too.

This was a magical experience. Making miniature worlds in calm surroundings. The workshop was delivered with passion - and instructions were clear and well-paced. There was a fantastic selection of plants and accessories to feed the imagination and the spirit. I love my terrarium.

The terrarium workshop was brilliant. I had such a lovely time meeting like minded people!
Through Sanne — the teacher, we learnt how to construct our own terrarium. She took us carefully through each stage explaining everything fully and also answering all our questions. It was interesting to hear the history of them as well.
The supplies were excellent. We each got a large glass vessel and then had access to all the equipment we needed- specialist tools, a large range of materials and a big selection of beautiful plants.
Sanne was brilliant and on hand to talk through any questions we had and she had answers to them all!!
She had some great ideas and pointed out problems before they happened !!
I had a brilliant time and I love my terrarium. I would definitely do another course with Sanne

Learned how to plant 🌱 with all the tools and advice regarding soil removing and adding soil and gravel.
Teacher was very informative and well equipped and tools where all great to use in creating our unique pieces.
The venue was brilliant really calming and lovely vibe.
Maybe a suggestion of opportunity for different sizes of glass if we want to create smaller pieces only if people don’t have much space at home.
Other than it all it was fabulous and love the piece I made.

This was my first ever terrarium making workshop and I absolutely LOVED it! The beautiful surroundings of the plant shop really added to the experience, and the teacher was charismatic and super knowledgable. I adore the terrarium she helped me make, and I'd love to go back for any further workshops in the future!
